Terms and Conditions

1. General
All items listed on Eden and Era are vintage or antique unless otherwise stated. Each piece has lived a previous life and may show signs of age, wear or use. These marks are part of the history and authenticity of every item.

2. Condition
We describe and photograph items as accurately as possible, including any notable imperfections. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
If you need more information or additional photographs before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us.

3. Electrical Products
We recommend that all electrical goods are inspected, tested, certified and installed by a qualified electrician.
We also recommend that vintage electrical goods are protected by an RCD.
Eden and Era will not be liable for any loss, injury or death caused by electrical goods that have not been inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician.

4. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
Please make sure you are fully satisfied with an item’s description and condition before purchasing.

5. Damage in Transit
All items are packaged with care. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging so we can assist with making a claim to the carrier.
Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be processed.

6. Shipping
We use An Post for small items that meet standard postal criteria. Shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout.
Larger or fragile pieces that fall outside An Post limits will require a private courier. In these cases, we will provide the buyer with the courier’s contact information. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying the courier directly. Private courier collection starts at a minimum of €40 and may vary depending on size, weight and distance.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import taxes or delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Collection
Local collection is available through our click and collect point in Midleton. Items must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

8. Ownership and Copyright
All photographs, descriptions and content on this website belong to Eden and Era and cannot be used or reproduced without written permission.
