A hand painted c1930 biscuit barrel by Maling, Newcastle on Tyne. Finished in their distinctive pink glaze with bold red and gold foliate decoration and gilt accents. The original woven handle adds to the period charm. Base is stamped with the Maling mark.

Solid brass nutcracker featuring an ornate architectural design with a raised bust of William Shakespeare on the front, framed within a classical architectural niche. It carries his life dates 1564–1616 beneath the bust . The reverse shows Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, a well known Shakespearean landmark. Rich detailing with columns, scrollwork, and a classical niche framing the portrait. Heavy and well made, both decorative and functional.

Antique Indian carved teak horse head corbel, now mounted on an iron stand. Originally part of architectural carving, it still carries traces of old red paint and the worn tool marks of its making.
